Michael B. Horn
Michael Horn speaks and writes about the future of education and works with a portfolio of education organizations to improve the life of each and every student. He is the co-founder of and a distinguished fellow at the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation, and host of the Future of Education podcast on MarketScale.

Horn argues that educational choice and policy reform—ESAs, school choice, AI tools—are necessary but insufficient without rigorous implementation infrastructure and teacher-centered operational design. His core thesis is that the gap between innovation adoption and actual student outcomes is widened by systemic neglect of the human, operational, and community factors that determine whether new models succeed or fail.
