The A350, with its carbon fiber technology, is designed for reduced emissions, and Airbus has introduced new engine options on other models that use up to 20% less fuel. Looking to the future, Airbus is exploring 100% sustainable aviation fuel, advanced aerodynamics, electric and hybrid aircraft, and alternative fuels like hydrogen that emit no carbon.
