Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety released their overview of state highway safety laws this week. The list names the best and worst of states enforcing highway safety laws. Rhode Island , D.C., and five other states received a “green” rating, while 13 were “red.” Advocates highlighted technology as the best path for reducing highway deaths, with over 100 people dying in accidents daily.
