Watch: Six Flags Enters Purchase Agreement With Affiliates of Premier Parks

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation entered into a purchase agreement with affiliates of Premier Parks, LLC to acquire the lease rights to operate five parks.. The parks had been previously operated by Premier Parks, LLC of Oklahoma City. The company’s portfolio of North American parks is now up to twenty-five. Parks include Wet n’ Wild Splashtown, Wet n’ Wild Phoenix, Darien Lake, Frontier City, and White Water Bay.
