For many, much of the appeal of March Madness comes from office pools, bracket competitions, and championship wagers. This March, more than $10 billion is expected to be gambled. The American Gaming Association expects that only 3% of the wagers will be legal. In 2017, 24 million people paid around $3 billion into bracket pools alone. Nevada is alone in allowing for single-game wagers. As the action heats up, gamblers are watching the Supreme Court closely.
