Andy Barr, founder and CEO of Innovate Performance, used to be a professional soccer player with superstar aspirations. That is, until an injury ended his career. He didn’t leave the sports world though; instead, he took his experience and turned it into a philanthropic cause for the culture he loves so much.

Currently, he works as a physical therapist and high intensive trainer, helping other athletes stay in shape and achieve there dreams.
