GaN Reveals Another Secret

It has finally happened, scientists have found out what happens when small atom dopants in lattices use positron annihilation spectroscopy made from larger atoms using the miracle of mathematical modelling. The surprising fact learned from this experiment utilizing a variety GaN crystal types was that even though a direct route wasn’t necessarily found throughout the process, it provided another route that extends the applications of more than just GaN.
