Fast food chains are battling for tech superiority. With new methods to order and receive food, consumers are looking for a friction-free experience from start to finish. Chipotle recently implemented the ability for diners to save their favorite order on their Amazon Alexa device and place orders by asking the voice assistant from home.

Considering each Chipotle order is unique from one another, the move should save the company’s brick-and-mortars time, while making each order accurately as well.
