This episode seeks to answer the core question: "How can the industry alleviate the burden of medical debt for healthcare consumers and offer them a fresh start?" It is a pressing concern for many, as the weight of unpaid medical bills affects one’s financial health and discourages individuals from seeking necessary medical care, potentially exacerbating their health issues.
