If you feel like you can’t handle a maintenance issue yourself, run through this checklist to ensure you need to call a service provider to get your machine back up and running. Before calling your service provider, please verify your water supply, your CO2 supply, your syrup to the machine, check power to the machine and verify that the machine is not in defrost. After the five-point inspection on your machine, if help is still needed, please call your service provider.
