San Francisco-based Zenplace focuses on integrating tech into property. Recently, they launched their latest project. Robots are now on the ground helping tenants and building owners lease faster and easier. Via Zenplace’s online platform, potential tenants are guided on their tours by the robotic assistants and a licensed agent. The robot offers videos and information on amenities, nearby schools, and more. Zenplace says it takes the length of the process from weeks to days.
