In this episode of the AEC Podcast, we talk to Lois Arena, senior mechanical engineer with Steven Winter Associates and internationally-recognized passive house expert, who says she’s seeing multi-family affordable housing emerge as a market leader in net-zero building construction. “They own their building for the life of the building so the financial incentive really makes sense for them,” Arena says.
