Changes in oil prices usually create challenges for airline companies trying to meet costs. Despite these challenges, Asian Airlines are still flying thanks to their energy efficient airplanes and booming passenger market. Alan Joyce, chief executive officer at Qantas Airways said, “Believe it or not, these new aircraft are super efficient fuel-wise.”

Being this efficient with their fuel will allow Asian airlines to continue to thrive even as the market for oil fluxuates. With growing demand for air travel and planes that are able to run more efficiently, asian airlines are prepared to take off.
