Welcome back to the Online Learning Minute at Marketscale. This episode is focused on to the fourth step in the ADDIE process, the Implementation phase.

This can be described as the shortest of phases in the ADDIE process because at this point, we are handing off the course to the instructor or client. During this phase, we ensure that the user is familiar with the course layout, that all of the content will work with them and is in place, and that the instructor is familiar with all of the assessment features.

If the instructor or client is already familiar with running one of these courses, this stage can be as simple as a couple handoff emails. Tune in next episode where we talk about the Evaluation phase of the ADDIE process.
